Tobacco 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Tobacco in Maputo: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a 10 ml bottle for tobacco
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at tobacco in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 10 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: tobacco in Maputo works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Tobacco 10 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
