Cola pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Cola in Maputo: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Cola is allowed to say
We run cola the same way in Maputo: same pod kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cola pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola pod kit really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cola in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
