Salted box mod IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Salted in Maputo: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Salted box mod here
If you are looking at salted in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Salted box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted box mod really costs in Maputo
We run salted the same way in Maputo: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.62 per 10 ml liquid plus MT31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does salted in a box mod last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
