Peach pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Peach in Maputo: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
A peach pod kit from the budget options in Mozambique costs about MT3.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Peach in Maputo reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: peach in Maputo works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a peach pod kit really costs in Maputo
Peach pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested peach in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where peach goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
