Nutty starter kit IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Nutty in Maputo: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the nutty habit
Nutty in Maputo reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Nutty in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: nutty in Maputo works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty starter kit really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at nutty in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested nutty in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
