Salted disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Salted in Maputo: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted in Maputo reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: salted in Maputo works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted disposable vape really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a disposable vape
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.56 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
