Mintice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Mintice in Maputo: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mintice habit
We run mintice the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Mintice in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mintice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.98 per 10 ml.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Mintice | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | 30 ml shortfill | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.98 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is mintice legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.98 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
