Mint refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Mint in Maputo: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a refill pack for mint
We run mint the same way in Maputo: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.53 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Maputo
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.53 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
