Lemon vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Lemon in Maputo: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.87 per 10 ml.
We run lemon the same way in Maputo: same vape pen, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon vape pen really costs in Maputo
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lemon in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.87 per 10 ml.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
