Frozen in Maputo: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
We run frozen the same way in Maputo: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A frozen zero-nicotine bottle from the value options in Mozambique costs about MT2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at frozen in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised MT55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.29 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.29 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
