Passionfruit sub-ohm kit IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Passionfruit in Maputo: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a sub-ohm kit for passionfruit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.47 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit sub-ohm kit really costs in Maputo
Passionfruit in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested passionfruit in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Mixing passionfruit with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.47 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
