Fig refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.89 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: fig in Maputo works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig refill pack really costs in Maputo
Fig refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where fig goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for fig in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
