Fig 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Fig 30 ml shortfill here
We run fig the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: fig in Maputo works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Fig in Maputo reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested fig in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where fig goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
