Coconut 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What coconut costs in Maputo
A coconut 10 ml bottle from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT2.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.83 per 10 ml.
The short version: coconut in Maputo works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
We run coconut the same way in Maputo: same 10 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested coconut in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
