Citrus RDA IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Citrus in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Citrus RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: citrus in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for citrus in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Citrus | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | RDA | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 20 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.91 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
