Vanilla in Maputo: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A vanilla nicotine salt bottle from the best options in Mozambique costs about MT2.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
The honest read on vanilla: 13 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus MT50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
