Tropical disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Tropical in Maputo: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tropical in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tropical in Maputo works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical disposable vape really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested tropical in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.52 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |

| Entry kit | MT51 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.52 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
