Tobacco RDA IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Tobacco in Maputo: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Mozambique
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.32 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.32 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
