Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Sweet 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A sweet 60 ml bottle from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT3.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sweet in Maputo works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A sweet 60 ml bottle from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT3.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.22 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for sweet in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.22 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
