Spiced zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the online shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Spiced in Maputo: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good zero-nicotine bottle from a repack
Spiced in Maputo reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run spiced the same way in Maputo: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: spiced in Maputo works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested spiced in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.2 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Maputo survives.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for spiced in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.2 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
