Sourcherry squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Sourcherry in Maputo: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
The honest read on sourcherry: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Sourcherry squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.16 per 10 ml.
How we tested sourcherry in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.16 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
