Sour e-liquid bundle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Sour in Maputo: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Sour e-liquid bundle here
If you are looking at sour in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Sour e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: sour in Maputo works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour e-liquid bundle really costs in Maputo
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.78 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.78 per 10 ml liquid plus MT33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
