Citrus disposable vape IQOS in Maputo: the online shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
We run citrus the same way in Maputo: same disposable vape, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A citrus disposable vape from the online options in Mozambique costs about MT1.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus disposable vape really costs in Maputo
Citrus in Maputo reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
