Raspberry starter kit IQOS in Maputo: the best shortlist
Raspberry in Maputo: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What raspberry costs in Maputo
We run raspberry the same way in Maputo: same starter kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Raspberry in Maputo reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry starter kit really costs in Maputo
A raspberry starter kit from the best options in Mozambique costs about MT1.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested raspberry in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why raspberry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.79 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for raspberry in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
How long does raspberry in a starter kit last?
In Maputo we measured 9 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT1.79 per 10 ml liquid plus MT36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
