Mintice refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist
Mintice in Maputo: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Mintice refill pack here
We run mintice the same way in Maputo: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Maputo
Mintice in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | MT53 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.52 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does mintice in a refill pack last?
In Maputo we measured 8 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
