Plum cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Maputo: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a cartomizer for plum
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A plum cartomizer from the cheapest options in Mozambique costs about MT2.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at plum in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.22 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Maputo survives.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
