Melon in Maputo: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with melon in Mozambique
Melon in Maputo reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: melon in Maputo works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon refill pack really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at melon in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested melon in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where melon goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Maputo survives.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.23 per 10 ml liquid plus MT40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
