Home / Plain 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist

Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit

Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

Plain 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo

A plain 30 ml shortfill from the value options in Mozambique costs about MT3.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.

• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Mozambique.
• Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.

Where plain goes wrong

• Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
• Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Packaging for plain in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
