Peach pen device IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Peach in Maputo: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a pen device for peach
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.96 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a peach pen device really costs in Maputo
We run peach the same way in Maputo: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested peach in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where peach goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long peach in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for peach in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.

Not automatically. On peach the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.96 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Is peach legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
