Mint box mod IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Mint in Maputo: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What mint costs in Maputo
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on mint: 19 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: mint in Maputo works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested mint in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
