Mint 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Mint in Maputo: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
A mint 30 ml shortfill from the budget options in Mozambique costs about MT2.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.94 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
We run mint the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mint in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for mint in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
