Melon 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Melon in Maputo: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Melon in Maputo reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on melon: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: melon in Maputo works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested melon in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where melon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.5 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | MT58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.5 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
