Melon 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist
Melon in Maputo: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with melon in Mozambique
Melon in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: melon in Maputo works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at melon in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 10 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested melon in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where melon goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
