Mango pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Mango in Maputo: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a pod kit for mango
A mango pod kit from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mango in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long mango tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mango pod kit really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested mango in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mango bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mango goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mango tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does mango in a pod kit last?
In Maputo we measured 6 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mango taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
