Licorice pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Maputo: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
If you are looking at licorice in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Licorice in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice pod kit really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested licorice in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Maputo survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Packaging for licorice in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
