Lemon RDA IQOS in Maputo: the compare shortlist
Lemon in Maputo: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Lemon RDA here
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run lemon the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon RDA really costs in Maputo
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.8 per 10 ml.
How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
