Iced zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Iced in Maputo: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for iced
Iced zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.99 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested iced in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised MT43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.99 per 10 ml.
