Iced pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested iced in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised MT34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.73 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT1.73 per 10 ml liquid plus MT34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
