Iced nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Iced in Maputo: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run iced the same way in Maputo: same nicotine salt bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced nicotine salt bottle really costs in Maputo
Iced in Maputo reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested iced in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
