Guava in Maputo: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Guava box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A guava box mod from the value options in Mozambique costs about MT2.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a guava box mod really costs in Maputo
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.6 per 10 ml.
How we tested guava in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where guava goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
