Graphite zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Graphite in Maputo: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with graphite in Mozambique
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.73 per 10 ml.
The honest read on graphite: 8 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
Graphite zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised MT32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.73 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
