Grapey mesh tank IQOS in Maputo: the wholesale shortlist
Grapey in Maputo: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with grapey in Mozambique
Grapey mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: grapey in Maputo works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey mesh tank really costs in Maputo
A grapey mesh tank from the bulk options in Mozambique costs about MT2.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.

Is grapey legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
