Grapey cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Grapey in Maputo: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Grapey in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey cartomizer really costs in Maputo
A grapey cartomizer from the starter options in Mozambique costs about MT3.6 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Treating the advertised MT40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.6 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.6 per 10 ml liquid plus MT40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
