Grapey 100 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Grapey in Maputo: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A grapey 100 ml bottle from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT3.09 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.09 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey 100 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
We run grapey the same way in Maputo: same 100 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested grapey in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in Maputo survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is grapey legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.09 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
