Frozen 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Maputo: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
Frozen 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
We run frozen the same way in Maputo: same 60 ml bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Maputo survives.
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.11 per 10 ml.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Frozen | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.11 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.11 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
