Fig squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.27 per 10 ml.
Fig squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Fig in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested fig in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where fig goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for fig in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
