Fig refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Fig refill pack here
A fig refill pack from the flat-rate options in Mozambique costs about MT3.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: fig in Maputo works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig refill pack really costs in Maputo
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested fig in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where fig goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
How long does fig in a refill pack last?
In Maputo we measured 3 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
