Fig prefilled pod IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
We run fig the same way in Maputo: same prefilled pod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig prefilled pod really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested fig in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where fig goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.32 per 10 ml.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.32 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
