Coconut 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Coconut in Maputo reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.16 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.16 per 10 ml liquid plus MT42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
