Fig 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Fig in Maputo: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What fig costs in Maputo
A fig 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Mozambique costs about MT3.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at fig in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Fig in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested fig in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised MT32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.18 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
How long does fig in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Maputo we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
